Managing your anger doesn’t mean you’re going to remove anger from your life. It means you’re taking steps to control how you respond to your anger.
You have the power to control and manage your anger in a healthy, productive way.
As we move forward with this exercise, keep in mind that anger is an ordinary, normal feeling and there is nothing amiss with feeling irate now and again.
