Let’s begin by bringing your attention to your breath.


Breathe easy, there is no need to force your breath in any rhythm, just breathe easily and naturally.

As you follow the movement of your breath, notice how your body is rising and falling as you inhale and exhale.



Notice how you seem to expand when you breathe in, and how you contract as you breathe out.

It is all so natural, so sublime…


Begin to pay more conscious attention to every breath that you take….

As you inhale, notice the air flowing through from above your upper lip, then into your nose and eventually into your lungs….

Notice how this flow of breath makes you feel.
