This Beditation will help you if you feel stressed out and overwhelmed, to remember to breathe.

Contemplate this while getting in a comfortable position.

Take the proper time to ensure that your body can fully relax and stay comfortable for any length of time.

We’re going to inhale through the nose, and exhale through the mouth.

Inhale….exhale.
As you exhale, relax.

Inhale relaxation …exhale tension

Inhale calmly…

and as you exhale, just let go of all the stress in your body.

If you are worried about something coming up, or caught up in something that already happened, breathe.

It will bring you back to the present.

If you are discouraged and have forgotten your purpose in life, breathe.

It will remind you about how precious life is,
and that each breath in this life is a gift you need to appreciate.
