We begin a 45-minute body scan meditation.

Seeing this as an opportunity to be completely present to your body.

And bringing to this an attitude of friendliness and curiosity.

Taking the time now to come into a comfortable position wearing loose-fitting clothes.

Removing shoes

and lying flat on the floor or a mat

or if you prefer sitting or even standing

adjusting in whatever way you need to feel supported.
