Relax your mind
The first tool we’ll cover is the ability to relax your mind and body. You only need to breathe and use your imagination.
As you get comfortable in bed, become aware of your body. What areas of your body are uncomfortable? What parts are comfortable? Rate each area one a scale of one to ten, where ten is the most comfortable and one is the least comfortable. Contemplate this as you adjust yourself to become comfortable.
Now as you contemplate this, begin to breathe deeply…and let it out slowly.
Take a moment to be present in the here and now.
